Electronics Design Engineer Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electronics Design Engineer to join our team at Permanent Futures. As an Electronics Design Engineer, you will play a key role in the design and development of electronic hardware for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and develop electronic hardware, including PCB schematics, layout design, and circuit design
  2. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects
  3. Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to source components and materials
  4. Participate in design reviews and provide feedback to colleagues
  5. Collaborate with junior engineers to develop their skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  1. Relevant qualification in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (or similar)
  2. Proficient in PCB schematic capture and layout software
  3. Experience of drawing and sketching diagrams
  4. Experience with typical engineering software
