About the Role:
- Lead a high-performing team of product and marketing managers across the entire product lifecycle.
- Set strategic priorities aligned with business goals and contribute to the team's success and strategic direction.
- Create development strategies for the company portfolio and manage relations between multiple sales regions and external partners.
- Frequent travel across the UK, with 5 days on site.
About You:
- Proven track record in a leadership role with strong experience in product management.
- Previously developed marketing strategies and have a strong background in the medical device industry.
- Commutable to Cardiff, with frequent travel across the UK.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £75,000 - £80,000 + benefits + car allowance + bonus.
