Job Description

As an Administrative Team Member for Healthcare, you will play a vital role in supporting the Practice Team in delivering high-quality patient care and administration.

Your key responsibilities will include undertaking a wide range of reception, telephone and administrative duties, as well as receiving, assisting and directing patients in accessing the appropriate service or healthcare professional.

You will also be required to provide general assistance to the Practice Team and project a positive and friendly image to patients and other visitors.

Requirements:

  • Educated to GCSE level or equivalent.
  • GCSE Mathematics and English (C or above).
  • NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum depending on experience.
