Job Title: Senior Care Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Care Manager to join our team at RE People. As a Senior Care Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the care planning process of children, supervising the team, and leading the home through Ofsted Inspections.
Key Responsibilities:
- To attend and contribute to supervision sessions and appraisal processes.
- To work in a safe manner and ensure that both the young people and the staff team are safe at all times.
- To implement all recommendations from Ofsted Inspections and Regulation 44 visits.
Requirements:
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
- 2 years' experience in a children's residential setting or in residential services.
- Full, clean UK driving licence.
- An enhanced DBS certificate will be required upon appointment.
