Senior Clinical Fellow in Renal Transplantation

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Clinical Fellow to join our renal transplant surgery team at the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust. As a leading centre for renal transplantation, we provide an unprecedented opportunity for professional growth and development.
This role offers a unique chance to expand your knowledge and skills in pre- and post-operative management of renal transplant patients, as well as develop basic general surgical, vascular, and urological operative skills. You will work closely with experienced consultant surgeons, junior doctors, physician associates, and clinical nurse specialists to deliver high-quality patient care.
With a busy workload and varied caseload, you will be responsible for attending operating lists, clinics, and ward rounds. You will also contribute to audit and governance activities, participate in multidisciplinary meetings, and have opportunities for research and academic development.
The successful candidate will receive comprehensive training and support to help them achieve their career goals. We offer flexible working arrangements, including job sharing and part-time options, to accommodate different lifestyles and needs.
**Salary:** £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
