Insolvency and Recovery Administrator Job Description

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled Insolvency & Recovery Administrator to join a leading Chartered Accountants in Norwich. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the senior team and ensuring the smooth operation of the business.

Key Duties:
  • Collaborate with the senior team to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and empathy in challenging financial situations.
  • Maintain accurate records and data using Microsoft Office and other systems.
  • Perform a range of administrative tasks to support the Insolvency and Recovery team, ensuring high standards.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven administration and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, including Outlook.
  • Sensitivity and empathy when working with clients in challenging financial situations.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with colleagues and external partners.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach, with a solution-focused attitude.

The estimated salary for this position is £28,000 - £33,000 per annum, depending on experience.
