FP&A Lead

A dynamic e-commerce business based near Southampton, Hampshire, is looking for an experienced FP&A Lead to join their team. As a key member of the finance department, you will play a vital role in shaping the company's financial strategy and driving growth.

You will work closely with the Finance Director to develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and budgets that meet the company's objectives. Your expertise in financial analysis and modeling will be instrumental in informing strategic decisions and driving business performance.

• Develop and maintain financial models to support scenario planning and sensitivity analysis.
• Partner with the Finance Director on the annual budgeting process and prepare rolling forecasts to reflect business performance and market changes.
• Deliver detailed monthly management accounts and board reporting packs to guide strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with senior management and department heads to enhance understanding of performance metrics versus budget.
• Support the business in its e-commerce operations, including working with multi-currency transactions and inventory management.

• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to build and manage complex financial models.
