Regional HR Advisor

Elis, a leading international provider of textile, hygiene, and facility services, is seeking a highly motivated Regional HR Advisor to join our team.
This role involves overseeing all HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and career development. The successful candidate will ensure the effective application of all HR policies, aligning them with regional and business-wide goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing performance management, reward and benefits advice, and handling disciplinary actions, grievances, and other HR issues.
- Attending and supporting formal meetings, offering advice on company policies and legal considerations, and ensuring proper documentation.
- Training line managers on HR policies and procedures through individual sessions and group meetings.
- Collaborating with managers on recruitment needs, managing recruitment campaigns, and ensuring compliance standards are met.
- Maintaining tracking systems, creating reports, and providing key metrics to the HR Business Partner.
- Coordinating apprenticeship arrangements and documenting learning and development activities.
- Promoting diversity initiatives and ensuring effective team communication.
- Acting as Regional Engagement Coordinator, participating in Employee Forums, and supporting engagement efforts and recognition programs.
The ideal candidate will be CIPD Level 3 qualified or equivalent, have strong employment law knowledge, excellent communication and time management skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Flexibility and a professional attitude are essential.
This role is based at our Leicester site and will also involve travel to other sites within the central region.
