About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced General Manager - Hospitality to lead our team at Travelodge Hotels Limited. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in managing teams and driving business growth. You will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have a strong understanding of the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of hotel staff to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Monitor and control costs to ensure profitability
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £26,395 per annum, plus annual bonus up to 13% by achieving KPI targets. You will also receive flexible working hours, 50% discount on rooms plus food and soft drinks, and discounts for friends and family with thousands of rooms at £14.99.
