Job Description

Seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our expanding commercial team in Derby. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in delivering new build and refurbishment projects from £1m - £5m.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sub-contractor variations and ensure timely completion of projects
  • Collaborate with building contractors to deliver high-quality construction projects
  • Prepare and finalize accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Hold industry-related qualifications and have relevant experience

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of delivering construction projects from £1m - £3m with a building contractor
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
