Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of participants, providing guidance and support to help them achieve sustainable employment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored support.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure effective delivery of services and meet contractual and quality standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with local labour market trends and opportunities, using this knowledge to inform your work and support customers.
Requirements
  • A good working knowledge of the local labour market and ability to identify opportunities for customers.
  • Basic knowledge of self-employment and ability to provide guidance and support.
  • Fully IT literate in using a range of Microsoft Office programmes.
  • Experience of working in a target-driven environment and delivering services to meet contractual and quality standards.

We offer a competitive salary range of £26,500 - £29,545 per annum, dependent on experience, as well as a range of benefits including 25 days annual leave, pension scheme, and access to a wide range of retail discounts.
