Salary and Benefits

We offer an attractive salary of approximately £13 per hour, with enhanced rates for bank holidays at £17.46 per hour. Our benefits package includes guaranteed hours after probation, holiday pay, pension scheme, free DBS check, company mobile phone and uniform, paid mileage, access to our benefits platform WeCare, and more.

About the Role

This is a rewarding opportunity to join our caring community as a Homecare Support Specialist. You'll be responsible for assisting with personal care, including continence support, washing and dressing, managing medications, cooking or preparing hot meals, and helping with domestic tasks. Your true impact will lie in the companionship, reassurance, and joy you bring to the lives of those you care for.

You don't need previous experience, but we do require a driving licence and access to a vehicle for work. We have a flexible approach to shifts, including mornings, days and evenings, and you'll usually have every other weekend off for work-life balance.
