About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and proactive Assistant Manager who is committed to delivering exceptional customer service and leading our team to success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate our team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Manage and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Ensure the pub is always clean and well-maintained
  • Work closely with the General Manager to achieve business objectives
