As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our project management team. Your primary responsibility will be to assist with the overall coordination of project activities, ensuring effective delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Monitoring: You will be responsible for monitoring project progress and creating project status reports for project managers and stakeholders.
- Scheduling and Communication: Schedule stakeholder meetings and facilitate communication between the project manager and stakeholders throughout the project life cycle.
- Document Management: Manage project management documents such as the project plan, budget, schedule, or scope statement, as directed by the project manager.
- Administrative Tasks: Execute various project management administrative tasks, including billing and bookkeeping.
- Risk Management Support: Support team members when implementing risk management strategies.
- You must have a good understanding of the project lifecycle.
