Electro-Mechanical Engineering Apprenticeship

MBDA UK Ltd is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as an Electro-Mechanical Engineering Apprentice. This four-year program will provide you with the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in electro-mechanical engineering, working on a range of products across all MBDA projects.

About the Role

As an Electro-Mechanical Engineering Apprentice, you will be responsible for supporting the design and test of missile systems and electronic equipment. You will work closely with our design teams to influence the design of electronic equipment and gain hands-on learning experience within our EMC facility.

What We're Looking For
  • 5 GCSES including Maths, English Language, and Science/Technology at a Grade 9-4
  • 120 UCAS points achieved through a T-Level in an Engineering subject, BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma, or equivalent
What We Offer
  • Fully funded qualification starting September 2025
  • Paid travel expenses to and from your place of study
  • Annual pay reviews
  • 25 days annual leave (plus holiday purchase) and up to 15 days flexi leave
