We are currently working with a Property Maintenance Contractor in Derby who is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Purchase Ledger/Accounts Administrator to join their team. This is a part-time position, 3 days a week, with flexible start and finish times.
The primary responsibility of this role is data entry and general administrative tasks, with a focus on processing purchase ledger and using the Coins system. This position requires a high level of attention to detail and strong organisational and time-management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inputting data and performing general administrative duties
- Processing purchase ledger using the Coins system
Requirements:
- Previous experience in data entry, general administration, and purchase ledger tasks
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
