Requirements

  • Experience in a HR Advisor position

  • HR qualification such as CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience using HRIS and analysis and interpretation of data is desirable
  • Evidence of a robust understanding of HR best practice
  • Up-to-date knowledge of employment law
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office such as Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams
