Key Responsibilities
- Provide HR advice, guidance, coaching, and support on all people-related matters
- Support and upskill our client's managers to 'be better than yesterday.'
- Develop and implement effective employee relations strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
Requirements
- Experience in a HR Advisor position
- Demonstrable experience providing complex HR advice and coaching managers on a range of people-related matters
- HR qualification such as CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience
- Previous experience using HRIS and analysis and interpretation of data is desirable
- Evidence of a robust understanding of HR best practice
- Up-to-date knowledge of employment law
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office such as Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams
