Job Summary

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated individual to provide support and care to our residents. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive the highest standard of care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support and care to residents, including assistance with daily living tasks.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of individual care plans.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and clean environment.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a care setting is not necessary, as full training will be provided.
  • Ability to work within the Staff Values and promote these at all times.
