Senior Electronics Engineer

Cpl Life Sciences is seeking a highly skilled Senior Electronics Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our R&D department, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of electronic circuits, components, and systems for our wearable medical devices.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development of electronic design and layout for PCBs, microprocessor electronics, and related software.
- Collaborate with the R&D Engineer to manage the design and delivery of new product developments.
- Work closely with manufacturing, regulatory, and commercial teams to ensure product performance and reliability meet customer and market needs.
- Diagnose product complaints, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain Automated Test Equipment for PCB programming and test, and Automated End of Line test equipment for finished devices.
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of product enhancement projects, including verification, documentation, and transfer to manufacturing.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends in electronic engineering and apply them to our products.
- Master's degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in electronics design and development, preferably in the medical devices industry.
- Strong knowledge of PCB layout and design, physics, digital electronics, electrical engineering, and biomedical engineering.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with experience in using analytical tools such as Root Cause analysis and Ishikawa diagrams.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a small team.
- Good project planning and management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
