Job Description: Secondary SEND Teaching Assistant required in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire

We are seeking an experienced and passionate teaching professional to join our team and make a positive impact on students' lives. The successful candidate will be a flexible, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual who is committed to supporting children with educational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the teacher with classroom preparation and lesson planning.
  • Working one-to-one with students who require additional support and leading group work sessions.
  • Supporting the class teacher with pupil observations and helping to create a positive learning environment.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a teaching assistant, preferably in a secondary school setting.
  • Experience working with pupils with special educational needs, such as ADHD, Autism, and Asperger's.
  • A minimum of 6 months' experience in education.
