About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Residential Property Solicitor to join our Conveyancing/Residential Property team. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfer of equity, with a strong team player mentality and ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deal with high value properties and high net worth individuals and their advisers
  • Attend to the office approximately 2/3 days each week, with flexibility to meet business needs
  • Build new business relationships and promote the team's services and the firm's broader legal services to developers, agents, and others
  • Take on circa 20 new matters a month, with a focus on maximising the firm's potential to cross-sell legal services

About You

We are looking for a candidate with in excess of 3 years' experience in residential and new homes work, with a strong understanding of residential sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfer of equity. The ideal candidate will be a team player who can also work independently with minimum supervision, with a proven ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure.
