We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Trainee Planner to join our Planning Team. As a Trainee Planner, you will be responsible for the administration of program data, highlighting program risks, and ensuring program performance meets agreed KPIs.

• Administer program data within internal systems such as WMT and Power BI.
• Highlight program risks to the wider team.
• Ensure program performance meets agreed KPIs and deliver to agreed contractual agreements.
• Build productive working relationships with Local Authority representatives.
• Attend ad-hoc planning meetings with stakeholders to ensure assurance and program actions.
• Contribute to planning and design strategy for overall project planning.
• Ensure project delivery is on time and within budget.
• Introduce and deliver innovation to drive efficiencies and improve performance.
• Report on program performance within agreed contractual agreements.
• Ensure 'good passes' to and from the planning team.

• Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
• Understanding of the NRSWA/permit application process.
• Ability to liaise and manage internal and external suppliers and other third-party service providers.
