UK Sales Team Manager

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to manage our internal and external sales teams in the UK.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven individual with a passion for driving growth and building strong customer relationships. As UK Sales Team Manager, you will be responsible for implementing strategies to drive revenue, managing internal business development teams, and leading external sales reps to achieve targets.
You will harness industry data to develop long-term sales strategies, communicate the sales strategy across the company levels, and ensure pricing models are competitive and effective.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the business throughout the UK
- Communicate and align the sales strategy across the company levels
- Lead sales teams to achieve revenue and profit margin targets
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key customers
- A highly competitive salary of up to £90,000 (OTE)
