Job Description:

StaffCo Direct is a leading employment business operating in the logistics sector. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Shunting Specialist to join our team.

Salary Information:

  • Fxed Day Rota: GBP14.68 per hour
  • Fked Night Rota: GBP17.72 per hour
  • Rotating Shifts: GBP16.19 per hour

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for safely moving trailers around the yard, using a Terberg or unit, and backing on to unloading bays. This role requires close collaboration with the warehouse team and supervisors to ensure trailers are moved correctly and safely.

Requirements:

  • A valid Class 1 or Terberg licence
  • Experience in shunting or a similar role
  • Knowledge of HGV safety guidelines and regulations
