We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Kitchen Assistant to join our team at The Shanklin Hotel, Isle of Wight. As a Kitchen Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, working closely with our chefs to prepare and serve high-quality food to our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with food preparation, including washing and cleaning kitchen equipment and utensils.
- Work at speed while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Support the chefs in food preparation for service or the following day.
- Contribute to a positive and efficient team environment.
