About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Project Officer to join our team at Bank Workers Charity. As a key member of our digital team, you will play a crucial role in delivering our ambitious three-year digital roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the charity's website and introduce improvements across our portfolio of digital platforms.
  • Scope and deliver digital projects, championing the user experience of our digital products and services.
  • Lead the technical management of our webinar programme, from planning to evaluation.
  • Support the wider digital team and organisation with research and analysis.

About You

We are looking for a passionate and analytical individual with a deep understanding of digital media and a proven track record in managing digital projects. You will be inquisitive, with great attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
