Job Title: Systems Analyst

Childrensalon is seeking an experienced Systems Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for managing technical projects, ensuring our logistics systems remain robust and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage the development roadmap of the Logistics and Stock systems.
  • Ensure the systems remain robust and efficient, with a focus on business projects affecting them.
  • Manage external development teams for the Logistics and Stock systems.
  • Lead multiple technical development tasks using project delivery methodologies.
  • Translate business requirements into technical requirements for integrated and sustainable designs.
  • Support communication flow in a matrix organization to ensure collaboration across project teams.
  • Oversee the full project life cycle, ensuring projects are on track and within budget.
  • Develop technical solutions to problems faced by other departments.
  • Monitor performance, trouble tracking, and remediation for all issues.
Requirements:
  • Ability to effectively communicate with users and technical staff.
  • Experience with Microsoft applications and Jira.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and take the initiative.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • Experience in team leading and managing projects.
  • Good listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Concern for accuracy and effectiveness.
