Job Description:
We are currently seeking an ambitious Ecologist to join our dynamic team based in either our Surrey or Kent offices. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in protected species surveys and contribute to various projects. Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough protected species surveys and research
* Develop and prepare tenders, including creating complex fee quotations
* Produce high-quality technical reports, including protected species reports and habitat management plans
* Effectively manage project finances and track progress

Requirements:
* Proven experience in the industry (minimum 3 years)
* Relevant degree in Ecology, Environmental Management, or a related field
* Possession of a minimum one protected species license (preferably two or more)
* Hold a valid full UK driving license
* Strong understanding and application of UK wildlife legislation

Compensation and Benefits:
* Competitive salary package (£24,000 - £43,000 based on experience)
