Product Compliance Officer Job Description

A leading company based in the UK is seeking an experienced Product Compliance Officer to join their team. As a Product Compliance Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the company's products meet current regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a compliance program for all products, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Conduct audits of factories to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Liaise with factories to resolve non-compliance issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement a regular program to track auditing and compliance activities.
  • Assist in the setup and implementation of regulatory standards, such as ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
  • Ensure all products adhere to relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies and maintain relationships to ensure compliance and awareness of new developments.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar Product Compliance role.
  • Experience of implementing and maintaining ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 would be beneficial.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
