Job Overview

As part of our in-store team, you will provide visual support to the store by engaging customers through creative product placement and utilising the latest fashion trends. You will create window and in-store displays while maximising store profitability through enticing visual concepts.

  • CUSTOMER SERVICE: Deal with customer complaints and enquiries, providing the best possible outcome.
  • Sales Performance: Ensure the personal appearance of sales team is in line with company guidelines.
  • Staff Development: Encourage personal progression throughout your store.

You will also utilise in-store devices to ensure customers are offered the whole product range, attract and engage customers into making purchases in store using the latest visual techniques, and provide assistance with the maintenance of standards on the sales floor.

Please note that this position is not suited to Young Workers (Under 18).

The Ideal Candidate

You will possess excellent time management skills and IT skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. Retail Supervisor experience would be advantageous.
