Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter/Plumber to join our team at Fortus Recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry and plumbing, with experience in a variety of tasks including fitting doors, first and second fixing, kitchen installations, and repairing minor leaks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Carry out a wide range of carpentry and plumbing repairs in occupied homes, buildings, and empty properties.
- Fit various types of doors, including first and second fixing, kitchen installations, and repairing minor leaks.
- Replace sanitary ware, ceramic wall tiling, vinyl floor tiling, and non-licensed asbestos removal (with full training provided).

Requirements:

- NVQ level 2-3 in carpentry/plumbing or equivalent.
- Trade-based experience may be considered.
