Tax Reporting Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Reporting Manager to join our team at Liberty Global. As a key member of our specialist central Tax team, you will play a critical role in managing various tax compliance and reporting tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and review various aspects of the quarterly tax reporting close process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist with the management of Liberty Global's Group Tax Policy, providing expert guidance and support to stakeholders.
- Oversee Liberty Global's approach to Country by Country Reporting, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Support specific ad hoc projects, leveraging your expertise to drive results and improve processes.
- Contribute to the Global tax team's efforts to foster a great working environment, promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master's Degree in Accounting or Tax education, and/or a professional qualification in Accounting and/or Tax (e.g. CPA or ACA) attained through learning during employment in an Accounting and/or Tax role.
- Relevant experience working in a mixed accounting/tax environment with Big 4 or similar Corporate Function.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to partner with peers, local operating companies, Tax leadership, and the wider business.
- Ability to recognize complex issues and implications, and seek assistance when necessary.
- Continuous improvement mindset, with a focus on driving process efficiency and excellence.
