At ENGINEERINGUK, we are seeking a skilled Linux System Engineer to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to lead the design and implementation of Linux components in a platform providing Linux VDI's and a management solution for Linux systems.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with other engineers and stakeholders, ensuring that their work complies with security and quality standards. They will also document and communicate their solution to the project team and the client.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Supporting project teams with Linux engineering activities
  2. Designing and implementing the Linux components of the platform
  3. Ensuring compliance with security and quality standards
  4. Collaborating with other engineers and stakeholders
  5. Documenting and communicating the Linux solution

This role requires strong Linux engineering experience, solution implementation experience, and knowledge of Ansible and VMware. The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
