About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Care Professional to join our team at Home Instead (East Lancashire). As a Care Professional, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients, providing them with the support and care they need to live independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
  • Engage with clients in activities that promote their physical and mental health, such as exercise, hobbies, and social interactions.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
  • Work collaboratively with our office team to ensure efficient and effective care delivery.

Requirements

  • No experience? No problem We offer in-house training to get you up to speed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable transportation and a full UK driving license.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to care.
