About the Role: ARCA Resourcing Ltd is seeking highly skilled Mechanical Build Technicians to join their team. This exciting opportunity involves working in a fast-paced assembly environment, delivering high-quality mechanical sub-assemblies and full machine assemblies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To take pride in high-quality workmanship and ensure attention to detail.
  • To collaborate with engineering and production teams to guarantee that equipment meets specifications and operates effectively.
  • To have a good understanding of tooling and assembly processes.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience as a Technician.
  • A good eye for detail and appreciation of quality control.
  • Full UK Driving Licence and ability to travel.

What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays and benefits.
