This is a full-time, short-term temporary position - 13 weeks in duration. Salary commensurate with that of a travel assignment.

- Must be separated from a MaineHealth facility for greater than 1 year.
Position Summary (The hours for this position will consist of 36 hours per week)
This position is seeking to support the long-term acute care/transitional care unit at Pen Bay Medical Center's Med Surg Unit. Long-term care nursing experience preferred.
The Registered Nurse provides high-quality patient and family-centered care; in accordance with the scope of practice defined by the Maine State Board of Nursing. Through collaboration, delegation, and communication with members of the healthcare team, the Registered Nurse coordinates and delivers care to a diverse population without discrimination in assigned areas.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
- Education: Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing.
- Experience: A minimum of one year in an acute care setting preferred.
- Other Certification: As required by department, including Annual Electronic Fetal Monitoring competency for any RN assisting Laboring Women.
