At Dunkeld House Hotel, we are seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. As a key member of the kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and plating a range of dishes while supervising junior staff to ensure high standards are maintained.
The successful candidate will have a passion for local, seasonal food and be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. They will also be able to manage day-to-day needs and lead by example to drive the success of the team.
We estimate the salary for this role to be around £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
