Key Responsibilities
  As a Report Production Administrator, your key responsibilities will include producing reports detailing asbestos content of surveyed properties, using Microsoft Visio to produce floorplans and accurately annotate. You will also edit inspection data entered by surveyors and correct errors, cross-checking work produced by the department.

  You will regularly communicate with internal departments and field staff during the report production process, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of reports. Your duties will also include collating register data in Microsoft Excel to send to clients when required and issuing reports to clients when necessary.

  To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate strong communication skills, a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and GCSE grades C or above in English and Maths or equivalent. Additionally, you should have experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and be proficient in using multiple computer monitors concurrently.
