TQR in Plymouth is currently seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Reliable Plant Technician. This position involves providing technical support to ensure smooth operation of production facilities, focusing on preventive maintenance and rapid response to breakdowns.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, a solid understanding of CNC Controls and PLC Ladder logic, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. They will also need to collaborate effectively with production teams and communicate updates on machine status to maintain a high level of productivity.

In addition to technical expertise, the successful candidate should demonstrate strong organizational skills, including electronic record keeping of machine repair details and stock management. A recognized maintenance apprenticeship and relevant academic qualifications within an engineering discipline are highly desirable.
