Job Title: Asset Maintenance Specialist

Expected Salary Range: £42,010 - £49,424 per annum, dependent on experience, plus up to 10% annual bonus.

About the Role

  • We are seeking an experienced Asset Maintenance Specialist to join our team at RWE AG.
  • Your primary responsibility will be to ensure effective management of the on-site stores, procurement operations including ordering, receiving and issuing of stock.
  • This role requires a high standard of knowledge in asset management, inventory control, and supply chain logistics.

Main Responsibilities

  • Inventory Management-Implementing effective processes for receiving goods according to RWE procedures.
  • You will also manage physical stock checks, ensure new spares are correctly commodity coded in the system, and entered into the correct location.
  • Stock Control and Transport- Retrieving/distributing stock from stores and updating IT systems while arranging transport of goods to other locations.
  • You will operate various mobile plant and other vehicles to collect/redistribute stock ensuring stock is safe and secure.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • A high standard of knowledge in procurement and asset management.
  • Competent in the use of SAP procurement and stores modules.
  • Counterbalance Fork lift truck, reach truck, all terrain FLT training provided.
  • Health and Safety legislation.
  • Strong people skills & communication skills with a proven track record of high performance in an asset role.

  • An expected starting salary from £42,010 to £49,424 dependent on experience, plus up to 10% annual bonus.
