Our healthcare team delivers nationally significant transformative projects and programmes, including the International Children\u2019s Eye Centre at Moorfields and Alder Hey in the Park Children\u2019s Hospital-Acute.

As a Senior Cost Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end service delivery on new and exciting major healthcare projects and nationally significant programmes. You will work collaboratively with leading design teams, sector specialists, and tier one main contractors to manage the design to budget.

Key responsibilities include:

* Using our bespoke tools and apps to optimise cost performance at every stage of projects
* Collaborating with designers and contractors to manage the design to budget
* Informing clients of future cost trends using our Market Rates App
* Advising clients on procurement and contract strategies
* Delivering the procurement strategy using our eTender platform

We utilise market-leading, in-house developed digital Cost Management technology to ensure we are fully equipped to create value and achieve the best solutions for our clients. We work in an inclusive environment with clear direction, career development, and progression paths.

Requirements:

* Minimum BSc in Quantity Surveying or similar
* Demonstrable experience delivering cost management services in healthcare or the life sciences sector
* Full membership or working towards RICS (MRICS), ACostE, or equivalent professional qualification
* Practical knowledge of NEC forms of contract would be beneficial
