About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Team Manager to lead our children's social work teams in Lambeth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in achieving positive outcomes for children and families in the borough.

As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for managing a small team of social workers, providing supervision, and ensuring effective delivery of services. You will also contribute to the development of strategies, policies, and future direction of the service.

The successful candidate will have experience in leading multi-agency planning for children, delivering excellent practice standards, and allocating team workloads. You will be responsible for providing case management, supervision, and approaches to practice that identify risk and need.

About You

We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual who can inspire and motivate others to deliver excellent practice. You will have a strong understanding of the legal framework and be able to translate this into effective service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and families, a commitment to social justice, and a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents.
