Contract Opportunity for Maintenance Electrician

**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join our team at HMP Holme House, Stockton-on-Tees. As a contract electrician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient maintenance of electrical systems within the prison.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Perform routine and non-routine maintenance tasks, including fault finding and identification of life-expired equipment
* Conduct electrical repairs, installations, and checks to minimize wastage and improve processes
* Ensure statutory works are carried out on time and compliant with regulations
* Work at height and in all weather conditions, while maintaining high safety standards
* Support local and business zero carbon programs, working towards a strategic and lean approach
* Collaborate with the team to ensure H&S standards are achieved across the contract

**Requirements**

* Full driving license
* Appropriate trade qualification (Level 3)
* 18th Edition
* 2391 Inspection & Testing
