Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our dynamic Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) team in Bristol. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, individualised care to critically ill newborns and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate prescribed treatment and care for patients and their families
  • Communicate effectively and maintain confidentiality with patient's carers and the multidisciplinary team
  • Act as a professional role model, setting standards of practice and promoting clinical effectiveness
  • Promote a safe environment for patients and develop clinical skills through continuous professional development

Person Specification:

  • RSCN Part 8/RN (Child branch, part 15) or RN qualification
  • Current NMC Registration
  • Post Basic Certificate or related study in Neonatal Critical Care
  • 1st Degree in Nursing or health-related subject
