We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Spanish teacher to join our faculty at Wayman Learning Trust. This is a full-time permanent position that offers the opportunity to inspire and nurture young minds in a supportive and academically rigorous environment.

About the Role:

  • Design and deliver engaging and informative Spanish lessons across all year groups, adhering to the National Curriculum.
  • Cultivate a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that fosters a love of language, culture, and critical thinking.
  • Guide students in developing a comprehensive understanding of Spanish grammar, vocabulary, and cultural contexts.
  • Prepare students for success in external examinations (GCSE A-Level and beyond).
  • Collaborate with colleagues in the Modern Languages department and contribute to school-wide events.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Possesses a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Spanish or a closely related subject.
  • Demonstrates a strong passion for Spanish language and culture with a captivating teaching style.
  • Excels in communication and interpersonal skills and classroom management within a diverse learning environment.
  • Fosters a positive and inclusive learning environment that challenges and motivates students.
