Job Title: French Payroll Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled French Payroll Specialist to join our team at Frazer Jones. As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of French payroll for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proficiently manage French payroll, including calculations, reporting, and compliance with local legislations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration with our payroll processes.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in French payroll regulations and ensure compliance.
- Provide expert advice on payroll-related matters to clients and internal teams.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in French language and payroll software.
- Experience in outsourced payroll processing.
- Knowledge of ADP payroll software is highly regarded.
- Strong understanding of local legislations and social plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
