Job Title: Broker Support Technician

This role involves providing support to brokers in the insurance industry, with a focus on placement documentation, service delivery, and process management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and maintain accurate placement documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Supervise the delivery of services by third-party providers, ensuring high-quality results.
  • Maintain knowledge of end-to-end processes related to IBA, Premium Processing, Claims, and middle office duties.
  • Initiate and supervise premium processing operations, assisting technicians in resolving queries as needed.
  • Manage accurate and compliant records of placements, utilizing market and internal systems to facilitate the process.
  • Support the internal File Audit process, collaborating with the File Review and Internal Audit team as required.
  • Collaborate with clients and brokers to address Cash & Credit Control issues, identify root causes of recurring problems, and suggest process changes to drive enhancements.
