About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of System and Platform Operations to join our team at Epsilon. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the strategic direction and operational management of our system and platform operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to ensure the reliability, stability, and scalability of our production systems and environments.
  • Lead a team of technical professionals to design, implement, and operate a support model that meets the needs of our business.
  • Establish and manage operational practices to ensure the continuous improvement of our system and platform operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects and initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the alignment of system and platform operations with business objectives.
Requirements
  • Strong technical leadership skills with experience in system and platform operations.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing operational strategies that drive business results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with cloud services, IT infrastructure, and operations supporting and maintaining production and development environments.
