Production Maintenance Specialist

Tarmac Trading Limited is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Production Maintenance Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing heavy machinery to ensure our manufacturing plants operate safely and efficiently.
You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through our Professional Maintenance Development Programme and contribute to the success of our company.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and repair heavy machinery to ensure manufacturing plant safety and efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and prevent downtime.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives.
- GCSEs A-C (9-4) in English and Maths, or equivalent qualifications.
- A tailored Individual Development Plan (IDP) to track progress and identify growth opportunities.
- Training to build core technical skills and gain an in-depth understanding of the engineering and manufacturing industry.
