About the Role
We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our London office, working within a dedicated team developing and delivering temporary and permanent staffing within Business Support, Commercial & Administration. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for:
- Developing trusted relationships with existing and new clients
- Proactively expanding our existing client base and identifying new business development opportunities
- Engaging with candidates and building a pool of resources to meet client demands
- Managing time effectively and handling a high volume of jobs and applicants
- Providing consultative support to clients and candidates on market conditions, trends, and rates
- Posting regular social media posts and adverts to attract candidates
- Coordinating interviews and feedback with clients and candidates
- Sourcing and screening applicants through our CRM, job boards, and social media
- Contract management, negotiating fees with clients and pay rates with candidates
Required Skills and Qualifications

- An outgoing and confident personality, with the ability to lead your market
- A proven track record in hitting and exceeding targets
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A communicative and customer-focused working style
- At least 1 year of experience in a recruitment role, with temporary recruitment experience preferred
Benefits
We offer a competitive basic salary range of £28-£33,000, with an uncapped commission structure. Other benefits include hybrid working after qualification, a strong team culture, monthly and quarterly team incentives, birthday off, charity day, season ticket travel loan, cycle to work scheme, personalised development plan, Friday casual day, early finish, 30 holidays, and rising, best-in-class IT and CRM working platforms.
Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 (dependent on experience)
